Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. Kimberly's mother is Chinese and she was born within Vietnam. Winston Barrett Munn is from the American South. Olivia was two years old when she was divorced from her parents. Her current family is run by her mother and stepfather. He's a United States Air Force soldier. While the family lived all over, her main home was Tokyo, Japan. At the time, she took part in numerous shows in the area and went on to become an Japanese fashion model. Olivia relocated from her home in the United States back to Los Angeles and pursued her dream of becoming an actor. She started her acting career by playing a minor role. It was then that her acting career gained momentum when she was cast as Mily Acuna in Hawaii's lensed television series Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007 she appeared as Rob Schneider's Receptionist. She hosts G4's podcasts "The Daily Nut" and "Formula D". The passion she has for surfing has been evident since the 2006 TV program Beyond the Break. Additionally, she has earned a black belt for taekwondo. In the year she turned two old, her mother was remarried again but this time to a member of the US Air Force. Although the family moved several times, the majority of her time was spent in Tokyo Japan which was the place in which her father worked for the military. The University of Oklahoma is where she studied journalism with minors in Japanese Drama, dramatic and arts.
